With these adapters you can mount double S60R/V70NR brake calipers on the back of your Volvo 240 /740 /940.
This is to be able to use the one pair of brake calipers for the hydraulic handbrake.

Fits 240/260 74-93, 740 83-91, 760 from 82-90 (not multilink), 940 91-98 and 965 91-94 (not multilink), also fits 960 with rigid axle.

Used together with brake calipers and discs from Volvo S60R/V70R year model 2004-2007.

If you want to use the original handbrake, you can find handbrake shoes that are made for this here: AS-009005-05
If you want to use the original handbrake on the Volvo 240, you must change the side of the adapters so that the yoke ends up on the underside instead.

BUT! If you are going to MOT your car with rebuilt brakes then these adapters are approved, what is normally required then is material spec and these are made from 10mm S355MCD.
